If you’re an early bird looking for workouts in the heart of D.C., you’re in luck! November Project D.C. is in full swing of their 5th year of free and fun morning fitness.
November Project is a free fitness movement born in Boston aiming to help citizens stay in shape in the frigid winter months. They encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get up and get moving — all you have to do is show up!
Some of the exercises that November Project participates in are running, partner strengthening, stairs, and other circuit exercises taking place on Capitol Hill, Meridian Hill, the Lincoln Memorial, and surprise locations every Friday!
If you’re interested in joining the November Project community, check out their website here, their D.C. chapter page here, and the November Project DC Facebook page here.
You can also follow November Project D.C. on Instagram and Twitter, and check out their Google Calendar here.
Take the city by storm with November Project D.C. and most importantly, have fun!
XOXO, Sophie
