I have officially (almost) made it through my first semester of college! Woot woot!
I have learned a lot about myself over these past 4 months and I can't wait to get back to campus in January 2019!
I have absolutely loved putting together this blog and writing posts for you all. The blog post I learned the most from while writing was The Importance of Sleep. As a result, I have been trying to get between 7.5 and 8 hours of sleep every night. I have noticed that when I am able to accomplish this feat, I am more alert during the day, I have more energy, and I can focus easier during my classes and on my school work. This little change has helped to make a big positive impact on my life as a college student.
I hope that wherever you are in your self-love journey, you learned something from my posts and that I was able to help you practice self-love however you choose to do so. Self-love can even be as easy as picking one little habit to change or accomplish, like I am in the process of doing.
As the semester is coming to a close, I will be taking a break from writing for this blog. But don't worry, I will be back soon!
